AI Advisory

Helping leaders turn AI into better decisions, better work and better business.

AI is changing how organisations operate — but adopting new technology is only part of the challenge.

I help business owners identify where AI can actually save them time, and get started — one practical step at a time.

AI Advisory

Most organisations don't need more AI tools. They need clarity.

Every week new AI tools promise to transform business. The real challenge isn't choosing technology.

It's knowing where AI will create measurable value, where it introduces new risk, and how to actually use it, day to day.

That's where I help.

I think about AI adoption as a leadership path, not a technology rollout — from simply understanding what's possible, through delegating routine work, enhancing decisions, leading organisational change, to inventing new offerings.

Why work with me?

Technology alone doesn't create better organisations. Leadership does.

I started at McKinsey, learning how the best-run organisations actually make decisions. Ten years inside global pharma taught me how that discipline holds up — or breaks down — at real operational scale, across markets and cultures. Since then I've worked as an executive coach, helping leaders think more clearly under pressure.

AI is the newest, and in some ways the biggest, test of that same discipline. I now work full-time at the intersection of leadership and AI — and I hold myself to the same standard I bring to clients: I'm in structured, hands-on AI training myself, so what I advise on is grounded in current practice, not slideware.

I work with small business owners and solopreneurs across Denmark and the wider Nordic region, bringing an outsider's clarity — I'm based abroad — paired with a working understanding of how Nordic organisations actually decide and move.

AI should improve how people work — not simply automate it.

If you're looking for practical, independent advice on how AI can strengthen your organisation, I'd be delighted to start the conversation.
